Online powerlifting coaching

Structured coaching for powerlifters.

Individual programming and follow-up for lifters who want a structured, long-term approach to training.

In brief

Coaching without unnecessary noise.

The coaching is built around clear planning, regular review and practical adjustments based on training response. The aim is to make training easier to follow, evaluate and develop over time.

What coaching includes

A simple framework for follow-up.

Individual training plan

Programming is adapted to your level, training history, goals and available training time.

Regular adjustment

Load, volume and exercise selection are reviewed and adjusted when needed.

Meet preparation

Planning of training blocks, tapering and attempt strategy when competition is relevant.

Clear communication

Communication should make the next training priorities clear.

Method

Structured, but not mechanical.

Training data is useful when it is interpreted in context. Decisions still need to account for technique, load tolerance, competition plans and the everyday context around training.

01

Consistency first

A plan that cannot be carried out consistently is rarely a good plan.

02

Precise loading

Volume and intensity should be guided by response, not only fixed percentages.

03

Long-term development

Training should build capacity over time, not only chase the next good session.

Who it suits

For lifters who want a structured process.

A good fit if you

  • log your training and provide relevant feedback
  • want to build strength over time, not constantly switch programs
  • train for powerlifting or powerlifting-related goals
  • want a coach who is structured and direct

A poorer fit if you

  • want quick lifts without systematic work
  • do not want to log or communicate about training
  • expect the plan to stay static regardless of response

About the coach

Even Liland

I have worked with powerlifting and coaching since 2011, with lifters at different levels and under different constraints around training, competition and everyday life.

My working style is structured and analytical. I use training data, history and steady dialogue to make better decisions, without making the coaching process more complicated than it needs to be.

Alongside coaching, I build my own tools for training follow-up and powerlifting data, including public result pages and internal analysis tools.
